The flowers that were received were not nearly as nice as the ones in the picture that I selected. This is the 3rd time I used your service in the last month but the 1st Time I was disappointed in how the flower arrangement looked.

I had a different bouquet of flowers substituted. The new flowers were roses and beautiful but I still would have preferred the original bouquet since those flowers would have lasted longer.
