Is not the first time I order from Euro Flora and they always make sure the orders are delivered within the time frame and very helpful on updating accordingly. The delivered bouquet is much different from the one I ordered from the website, therefore I paid a price and you delivered something cheaper. This is not trade, it is called something else.
