I received an email confirmation immediately after my order was placed, and when the flowers were delivered. The service was very good. I was sent a photo of the basket of plants by the recipient as a thank you. I was very disappointed with what was delivered. The picture in the website showed some vibrant begonias but the basket display that was delivered was of mini conifers, fern, heather and a small plant. It would have been much appreciated if the display consisted of floral colourful plants and why was it so different to what was shown on the website? We would have preferred floral plants if begonias were not available instead of leafy plants. A disappointment with the plant display.
